____This puppy is sold on a co-ownership with the breeder.      
____This puppy is sold on a limited registration. Full registration status may/may not be obtained at a later date when the puppy is neutered or when OFA/CERF/EFA and heart clearances are obtained.

Breeders Guarantee:  This puppy has been health checked and is considered to be in good health.  The seller requires that the buyer verify this with a second opinion from his/her veterinarian. All puppies will carry a 5 day health guarantee. If during that period of time the puppy becomes seriously ill and a veterinarian can attribute that illness to us we will refund the purchase price of that puppy. A refund is given if the puppy is returned within 7 days without obvious physical or emotional damage. The initial deposit is non-refundable. If the puppy is returned after 7 days the seller is not obligated to refund any of the purchase price. Although if the seller sells the puppy within 30 days of return part of the purchase price may be refunded. The refund will not be more then $500.00 the purchaser understands and agrees that the seller has the right to find a suitable home of the seller’s choice. After 30 days from the purchase date to the date of the return the seller will not refund any portation of the purchase price  

A replacement puppy is offered for any of the following defects found within 25 months of age.
1. Crippling patella luxation requiring surgery or euthanasia.
2. Eye problems causing blindness of genetic origin. Written documentation is required from two qualified veterinarians or a veterinary ophthalmologists and Seller will have a choice of the second veterinarian. If this animal has been bred this contract is null and void.

Buyer’s Responsibilities:
The buyer agrees to accept the duties of a responsible dog owner. These include, but are not restricted to:
1. a completely fenced yard or fenced dog run,
2. proper diet and veterinary care for the dog and the dog will be maintained at a proper weight. We are not responsible if the dog has medical problems because of its weight.
3. Provide adequate training. We recommend positive reinforcement training
4. Update shots and vet care annually. A dog should never ride in the back of an open vehicle unless it is in a sturdy crate.
5. If this dog has a soundness problem or does not have its OFA/CERF/CARD clearances it will not be used for breeding.
6. In the event that the buyer can no longer keep the dog the BREEDER MUST be contacted FIRST. The seller shall have the first right and option to repurchase the dog at the original purchase price in the event that the buyer wishes to sell, give away or otherwise disposed of the dog.  First right of refusal belongs to the breeder.

The purchaser/s shall be responsible for the socialization, training and conditioning {grooming, kept in shape etc.} of the puppy. If you are going to breed the buyer agrees not to breed this dog until it is 2 years old the purchaser also agrees to have this dogs heart, hip and knees clearances completed, before breeding this dog.
            Further this puppy is only to be used for breeding with quality Papillons registered with either AKC or UKC and only Papillons that have had and passed all named above health clearances prior to breeding. To use this puppy in any other manner for breeding shall result in the immediate return of this puppy to the seller without recourse to the law and without maintenance or health care or initial cost of the puppy. The purchaser also agrees not to sell any puppies from this dog to puppy mills, pet stores, or wholesalers.
 The buyer is responsible for any and all expenses for vet or otherwise from the date of this contract. The seller shall not be responsible for any expenses from this date forward.
 Any successive owner of this puppy shall be bound by the above terms and conditions.
No other terms shall apply:  This is a fully integrated contract.
